When my side hustle finally grew to a point that I could see growth & momentum, I knew my lite bookkeeping in Dubsado (my CRM) was no longer going to cut it and I opened an account with Xero. To my horror, I realized this money-speak was WAY outside my skillset and I just did NOT want to learn it, so I reached out to Galynne for help. She suggested I switch to Quickbooks Online and her QBO setup service was exactly what I needed to learn the DIY stuff and get me by for a while. It was lightyears better for me than Xero had been, and knowing it was set up correctly from the start truly lifted a weight off my shoulders!!

The real test, of course, was what my accountant would think about the DIY bookkeeping efforts I'd put in all year, but Galynne was always available when I had questions. It only took less than 12 months after that, for me to feel ready to outsource the bookkeeping services to her, as I was sick of DIY-ing it myself. Every quarter, Galynne sweeps into my Quickbooks account & cleans up after my messes, making sure that by the end of the year, my account is updated, clean, accurate, and ready to send reports to my accountant and file taxes easily.

Her help has been absolutely INVALUABLE to me these past few years, and has lifted a big worry completely off my shoulders, making it the easiest part of running my business and freeing up my headspace to work on the many other important things that need to be done.

If you've been waffling back & forth on whether you need a bookkeeper or not, just book an appointment with her to talk about it. Ask all your questions! Trust is hard for this area of our business, I know, but she is trustworthy, super fast, friendly & approachable, and really great at what she does! You're paying for the service either way –paying yourself to sit down & take the time to do it shakily yourself, or pay her to do it for you faster and WAY better.
